Lockdown

The UK has entered an unprecedented lockdown and there is uncertainty over when business will get back to normal. In the meantime, there is a need to contact key people and to ensure businesses stay legally compliant. Mango is cloud based compliance software that can provide invaluable business continuity support to organisations. In this video we consider how the system can help with communication and compliance.

People

Mango has the capacity to store contact details for employees, suppliers and customers.

Communication

In the video we look at using the announcements module as a useful tool for communicating with a large number of people in one go.

As people are restricted to working from home, or, in many cases, have been furloughed (but with the ability to undertake training) it is an ideal opportunity to convert current inhouse training content into online learning with eAssessments. We have covered this in a previous video.

Compliance tasks

The initial lockdown period is scheduled to last for three weeks. In reality, we don't know how long it will last. It is foreseeable that some of the compliance tasks (or events) due to be completed will not be able to be completed remotely. In this video we provide some useful hints and tips on how to proactively manage this so that when normal business resumes, you don't start off with a sea of red (overdue) activities on your dashboard.
