Introduction
This course is designed for people who already have experience of the Quality System in their firm and who need to be trained to carry out internal quality audits to a standard that satisfies the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The course takes into account the requirements of ISO19011:2002 "Guidelines for quality and/or environmental management systems auditing".
The course is presented on an exclusive in-house basis and tailored to the company's specific needs.
The number of people attending any one session is limited to ten to ensure that all the participants are fully involved.
The course is supported by practical exercises based partly on an hypothetical company which has built-in problems, and partly on your own company's procedures. The course covers a span of quality procedures, e.g. document control, purchasing, design, process, auditing, management review.
A course book is provided together with a certificate of attendance which may be submitted to your Quality Assessor as evidence of training.

Fees
The course costs £295 + VAT per delegate and payment is required when booking the course.
The fees cover the cost of the training, all course materials, refreshments throughout the day, a light lunch, examination fees and a certificate.
