Foundation Certificate in HACCP Principles

Introduction
The Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) system is internationally recognised as the most effective way to ensure the production of safe food.
This qualification has been designed by the Royal Society for Public Health and is designed for those who work in the food industry who require a basic level of knowledge and understanding of HACCP.
Introduction
Candidates will receive 6 hours tuition followed by a 45 minute multiple choice examination paper.

- Introducing and managing a HACCP system.
- Identification of hazards in the workplace.
- Methods of controlling hazards.
- Identification of Critical Control Points.
- Monitoring Critical Control Points.

Who should attend:
Owners/managers of food premises, HACCP team members, staff performing control of monitoring activities, Engineers.
This course is currently available in English, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Polish and Hungarian. Other languages may be available on request.
Trainer
The course is delivered by Jessica Robinson who has a first class honours degree in food technology and a Diploma in Advanced HACCP principles.
