Penarth Management offers a comprehensive service for companies who have already succeeded in achieving Standards such as ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environmental) and/or OHSAS18001 (health & safety).
We take the hassle out of getting ready for each surveillance visit by offering the following comprehensive package:
- We carry out the internal audits
- Recommend solutions to management
- Provide written Audit Findings Reports that comply with the requirements of the Standard(s)
- Check training needs and records of training for any new recruits
- Make sure nonconformities are being recorded
- Check progress with Improvement Action Plans and stimulate further ideas for continual improvement
- Evaluate compliance with legislation
- We produce all the necessary forms and document amendments that may arise from auditing the system
- We will run the Management Review Meetings and write up the minutes
- We deal with any issues raised by the assessor at the surveillance visit and ensure the corrective action is fulfilled within the set timescale
This is a totally inclusive service intended for businesses who cannot justify an in-house Compliance Manager.
We offer standard fixed charges for a three year period payable in advance by monthly bankers standing order. The fee will be agreed in advance, based on the work required by the client.
Penarth Management has UKAS accredited certification to ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environ-mental) and OHSAS18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) for the provision of management consultancy and the preparation and delivery of training courses.
