ISO 22000 - Food Safety Management
|
Introduction
The International Standards Organisation have issued ISO22000 which adds an international dimension to the Food Safety Standard that has been operated by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) for several years.
The new Standard is assessable by UKAS accredited organisations in the UK and is becoming recognised worldwide.
Retailers who extend their operation beyond the United Kingdom are now expecting their suppliers both at home and abroad to comply with this Standard.
We offer to:
- Conduct a 'pre-audit' to establish any improvements required to meet the new Standard.
- Develop a Quality System, or review your existing system line with the Standard.
- Develop or review your HACCP Plan.
- Provide guidance in developing procedures and process records required by the new Standard.
- Provide technical support throughout the implementation of the Standard.
- Maintain your ISO22000 system.
We can provide as much or as little support required to ensure you have the documentation required to achieve the audit standard. We can also provide the training required to ensure the day-to-day work is carried out properly.
Penarth Management has UKAS accredited certification to ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environ-mental) and OHSAS18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) for the provision of management consultancy and the preparation and delivery of training courses.
Penarth Management has over the last 30 years worked with dozens of companies and organisations, helping them to gain BRC, EFSIS, STS and ISO9000 accreditation. The firm has UKAS accredited certification to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 and is a recognised training centre for the Royal Society for Public Health.
