Photon Lines Ltd, based in Banbury, is a distribution company selling value added solutions into the UK and Ireland optics markets. They achieved UKAS accreditation to ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 in December 2010.
ConeMasters Limited offer a complete service of design, installation and maintenance of traffic management schemes for clients in the construction and civil engineering industry, and Highways Authorities. Having been successfully accredited to ISO9001 in March 2000 they subsequently added UKAS certification to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in October 2010, which followed on from successful Achilles certification in August.
CLH Trailers were established in 1988 and are based in St Clears, West Wales. Specialising in the manufacture of lightweight trailers up to 3,500 kg gross weight, CLH Trailers manufacture, service and hire trailers from their premises. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 in September 2010.

The site utilises cutting edge technology and operates on a 24/7 basis from Trafford Park servicing the North of England and Scotland. The Mayphil Engine Group specialises in the manufacture and wholesale distribution of a range of high quality engine parts for a variety of engines. Based in Merthyr, they achieved UKAS accreditation to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in July 2010.
Sequence, based in Cardiff, provide digital media services ranging from the delivery of web strategy consulting to project based web applications. Having been successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 in August 2009 they subsequently added ISO14001:2004 certification in June 2010.
Richard James International Limited, with its head office in Bristol, provides a sourcing and procurement service for clients worldwide as well as providing the only UK based shipping and freight forwarding service dedicated to meeting the needs of the islands in the South Atlantic Ocean. They were awarded their Wholesale Dealer’s Licence in May 2010.
Earthing Solutions, based in Pontyclun, carry out earthing measurements, assessments and design, offering a one-stop solution for most measurement and design requirements. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 in April 2010.
James Davies Sawmills, based in West Wales near Newcastle Emlyn, have been established since 1953. They use the latest technology to produce a range of wooden fencing products and achieved successful UKAS accreditation to ISO9001:2008 and National Highways Sector Scheme 4 (NHSS4) in March 2010.
Soltys Brewster Consulting, with offices in Cardiff and Belfast, specialise in the provision of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Consultancy services, including environmental assessments. They were successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 and ISO9001:2008 in February 2010.
Alchemy Expo Ltd, based in Cardiff, provide high quality exhibition material for a wide range of applications including exhibitions, conferences and promotions. They successfully integrated ISO14001:2004 into their existing ISO9001 system in February 2010.

Westward Paper Sales, based in Exeter, stock and provide a wide range of paper products to commercial, public and educational establishments. They successfully achieved FSC/PEFC Chain of Custody certification in November 2009 to add to their existing ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 management system.
The HCD Group, with offices throughout the UK and the Head Office in Cardiff, offers integrated, multi-disciplined consultancy to the construction industry and were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in December 2009.
Solo International, based in Hereford, specialise in the design, development, sourcing and supply of military clothing, apparel textile products including personal load carriage, body armour, associated accessories and accoutrements including bespoke items. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 in November 2009.
The Foodservice Centre (FSC), based in Cheddar, specialises in the design and management of sandwich preparation for retail customers. They successfully integrated ISO14001:2004 into their existing ISO9001 system in October 2009.
Tempak UK Limited of Gloucester, design and develop state of the art high efficiency chilled beverage delivery systems for international clients. Innovative design ideas and production methods have made the business a market leader in this field. Products are exported to several markets in the US, Canada and elsewhere within the European Union as well as supplying within the UK. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 in November 2009.
W E Dowds (Shipping) Limited, based in Newport, were successfully assessed to the British Safety Council’s BS OHSAS18001:2007 award after completing the Penarth Management’s Level 1 Certificate in Health and Safety at Work training course.
Powell Office Furniture, based in Cardiff, specialise in the supply and installation of office furniture and the provision of office refurbishment services in Cardiff and other areas within Wales. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 in July 2009, OHSAS18001:2007 in August 2009 and subsequently added FSC/PEFC Chain of Custody certification in September 2009.
Rescue Recovery Medical, based in Exeter, is a provider of emergency medical rescue equipment, e.g. defibrillators, principally to public bodies, businesses, etc., and acts as a distributor for other brands. They were successfully assessed to ISO13485:2003, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 in August 2009.
Industore specialises in the supply, installation and servicing of automated storage solutions, to offices and warehouses throughout the whole of the UK and Ireland. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 in July 2009 and OHSAS18001:2007 in August 2009.

They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 and National Highway Sector Scheme 18 in July 2009.
Frank H Dale Limited, based in Leominster, Herefordshire, specialise in the fabrication and erection of major structural steelwork throughout the UK. The company serves the industrial, commercial, retail and leisure sectors. Their existing quality and environmental management system was successfully extended to incorporate the additional requirements of OHSAS18001:2007 in June 2009.
The University of Plymouth is the fifth largest University within the UK and provides undergraduate and postgraduate teaching to approximately 30,000 students. The University was successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 in June 2009.
Western, based in Bristol, design a range of containers and accessories which can be used to transport and store fuel, water and oil. These containers are designed with environment protection in mind. Western achieved successful accreditation to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in June 2009 which complements their existing ISO9001 Quality System.
Amos Beech, based in Falkirk, design and supply interior fitting out services for corporate clients and supply office furniture. The business also provides a bespoke under-floor heating design and installation service. They successfully achieved accreditation to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in April 2009.
Symmons Madge Associates provide high quality training and business development guidance for a wide range of clients throughout the UK. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in April 2009.
A McLays & Company, based in Cardiff, specialise in the delivery of total printing solutions (including the provision of a mail post service). Having gained registration to ISO14001:2004, FSC and PEFC in 2008 they successfully integrated ISO9001:2008 into their system in March 2009.
London based Joint Radio Company Limited (JRC) is an industry-owned independent Spectrum Management Consultancy and Spectrum Management Organisation with primary responsibility for the radio spectrum used by the UK Energy Industry. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 in March 2009.
Commercial Metals Company (CMC) established a steel stockholding facility in Cardiff in 2008 to service stockists and end users throughout Wales, the Midlands and the South of England. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2008 in March 2009.
KEC Limited, based in Aldermaston, Berkshire, has been at the forefront of EMS (electromagnetic compatibility) interconnect technology since 1979, designing and manufacturing a range of backshells and cable harness assemblies for the defence, aerospace and other high technology industries. Having been long registered to ISO9001, the company has now integrated the Environmental Management Standard ISO14001 into its portfolio of international, national and customer approvals.
Tekra (UK) Limited specialises in the provisions of Rope Access solutions in industrial work environments and has achieved full membership of the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association. They successfully achieved accreditation to ISO9001:2000 and OHSAS18001:2007 in January 2009.
Williams Medical Supplies Ltd is the largest distributor to UK Primary Care of medical equipment, consumables and pharmaceutical products. They were successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in January 2009.

Gardners is a print company based in Cardiff formed by 1976 by its chairman Richard Gardner. They specialise in the use of digital print for the production of outdoor advertising, retail Point of Sales (POS) displays, banners and other materials. They successfully achieved accreditation to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 in December 2008.
Sapphire Balustrades was established in 1992, and trades from four regional offices in Barnet, Reading, Banbury and Scotland. The organisation specialises in the design, fabrication and installation of custom built balustrades for a range of clients across the UK. They successfully achieved accreditation to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in December 2008.
The University of Glamorgan delivers undergraduate and post graduate courses. The Enquiries and Admissions Unit has centralised the processes for dealing with applicant enquires and literature fulfilment and applicant admissions. The Unit was successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in December 2008. This approval is additional to the University's total registration to
ISO14001:2004.
Access Systems are based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, and specialise in the supply of access equipment and access solutions for corporate clients. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in November 2008.
Armultra has been established in Great Yarmouth since 1985. The company was initially formed to manufacture freezers, pressure vessels and refrigeration packages for the offshore industry. The range of services provided rapidly expanded to include petrochemical fabrication works, factory maintenance, industry gas and machinery overhaul. They successfully achieved accreditation to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001: 2007 in November 2008.
McFarlane Telfer Limited specialises in the design, supply and installation of commercial kitchen equipment for customers in London and the South East of England. The company successfully added accredited certification to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 to their ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in November 2008. They also became the first of our clients to be assessed to the Social Accountability Standard, SA8000:2001.

Munns Group are specialist electrical and mechanical contractors based in Enfield with a branch in Central London. The successfully achieved the implementation of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems to BS5839 and BAFE SP203 in June 2008.
West Ferry Printers, based in London Docklands, employs 510 staff and prints newspapers. Titles include the Telegraph and Express. The company was successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in June 2008. www.westferry.co.uk
The Newspaper Education Trust is a registered charity (No 1069862) and specialises in giving young people a practical insight into journalism and media. The organisation, which was established in 1995 and has inspired people to take up employment within both the journalism and print industries, was successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in June 2008. www.the-net.org.uk

PB Traffic Safety Ltd are based in South Wales but operate throughout the UK providing traffic safety officers to construction companies and local authorities. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in May 2008.
Freeflow Traffic Ltd are based in South Wales but operate throughout the UK providing traffic management systems to construction companies and local authorities. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in May 2008.
Beaufort Secure Design is a privately owned company based in South Wales that specialises in the supply of aluminium systems for the production of commercial and residential doors, windows and screens. They were successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 in April 2008.

Oxford Safety Supplies specialises in the supply of personal protective equipment and work wear. The company implemented an Integrated Management System and was successfully assessed to the requirements of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in March 2008.
Securicall Guarding Services are based in Llanelli and supply static and mobile security guarding and key holding services for sites across South West Wales. The company was satisfactorily assessed to the Security Industry Approved Contractor Scheme in December 2007 and to the requirements of ISO9001:2000 and BS 7499 in February 2008.
St. Cross Electronics are based in Southampton and are dedicated to the manufacture and supply of cable harness assemblies offering customers a complete interconnect solution. They successfully added UKAS accreditation to ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 to their existing ISO9001:2000 system in February 2008.
First Class Recruitment specialise in providing care workers for the public sector and for individual service users. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in January 2008.
The Guardian Print Centre is the first national Newspaper to have achieved UKAS accredited assessment to ISO9001:2000, the Quality Standard, to ISO14001 the Environmental Standard and compliance with OHSAS18001 the Health and Safety Standard. They produce upwards of 400,000 copies of the Guardian every night. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001 in March 2007 and to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 simultaneously in January 2008.

Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd are civil engineering contractors based in Abergavenny. Much of their work is carried out for organisations such as the Environment Agency, the Highways Agency and local authorities including road schemes, rail and river works and road re-surfacing. The company mainly operates throughout Wales, the West Midlands and West of England. After achieving ISO9001 in 1992, ISO14001 in 2002, Sector 16 in 2005 and OHSAS18001 in 2006, they were registered to the Integrated Standard HR 19190:2001 in 2007.
Hydroblast Cleaning Solutions of Northallerton offer a nationwide service to clean buildings and cut concrete using water jetting equipment up to 30,000 p.s.i. Their Integrated Management System was successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 in December 2007.
Genesys who achieved accredited certification to ISO27001 for their Highways Agency project. This new emergent business started with a clean sheet, a new staff and a cautious client, the Highways Agency, who required the highest level of security. Penarth Management were principal architects of a Security Management System that took two years to evolve and implement. Satisfactory certification was achieved in December 2007.
Rafseal Limited, based in Bridgend, supply and manufacture custom made non-metallic gaskets, strips, washers, seals and other fabrications in a wide range of materials to a variety of customers. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in December 2007.
Genesis Consultancy specialises in the integration, installation, commissioning and remote network support of telecommunications equipment. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in December 2007.
Telluric Land Remediation Ltd is a contracting company specialising in providing solutions for the remediation of contaminated land and groundwater. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 in December 2007.
Stoneberry Company, based in Bristol, design furniture for the upper segments of the retail market and for hotels and corporate customers. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 in November 2007.
Following the success of SAS International Limited in Bridgend, their sister site in Maybole, Ayreshire asked us to assist with Environmental Auditing and evaluation of legal compliance. The site was subsequently satisfactorily assessed to the requirements of ISO14001:2004 in September 2007.
Abril Industrial Waxes Limited are specialists in the manufacture of industrial waxes. They successfully added OHSAS18001:1999 to their existing ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 system in September 2007.
Paragon Design of Reading provide a single source joinery solution for their clients, ranging from manufacturing single items to providing complex bespoke installations. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 in September 2007.
Office Principles, who are based in Reading, design, supply and install office furniture, fixtures and fittings to corporate clients. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 in September 2007.
Shield Security Service specialises in the supply of static and mobile security guarding and key holding services at sites across South West Wales. In August 2007, the company was simultaneously assessed to the Security Industry Authority's (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) and ISO9001:2000.
Activate Lubricants formulate, stock and distribute food grade lubricants throughout the UK. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in July 2007.
PT Maintenance are based in Cardiff and provide fast reactive services to Facilities Management firms and property owners thoughout South Wales. they were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in July 2007.
SAS International Limited, based in Bridgend, manufacture acoustically insulated metal suspended ceiling systems for use in industrial and commercial applications. They were successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 in May 2007.
The Axe Street Project Limited offers professional services to promote the care and rehabilitation of young people and adults at risk from substance misuse and associated issues by providing treatment, information, advice, support, various therapies and education. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 in April 2007.
Ringtel Electronics (UK) Ltd are based in Cwmbran. They supply cables and connectors in volume to the electronic industry. The products are designed and developed in the UK and made in their factories in China and Taiwan. The company achieved successful certification to ISO9001:2000 in March 2007.
City & Suburban Parking Limited, who are based in Wembley Stadium, provide parking facilities for large public events including race courses, sports, media events and pop concerts. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in March 2007.
Filtration and Separation Limited manufacture large filters for marine and industrial use. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 for their businesses in Newport and in Port Talbot in February 2007.
Van Extras build protective surfaces inside delivery vans, fit roof-racks and customised racking and accessories. They employ 25 people in Bristol and were satisfactorily assessed by an accredited UKAS assessor in January 2007.
TGS Coachworks build special bodies onto truck chassis. They are based in Bristol and were satisfactorily assessed to ISO9001:2000 by URS in January 2007.
2006
FIRST COLLABORATIVE SCHEME.
Six individual business who provide an interior landscaping service to corporate customers are spread diversely over the whole of the UK. They have been sharing business ideas and passing each other customers who are outside their immediate area. In the late summer of 2006 they invited Penarth Management to assist them in implementing an Integrated Management System and to achieve UKAS accredited certification for the six businesses simultaneously.
The whole programme was accomplished in four months and the assessments took place in December 2006:

Kier Islington Limited. The joint venture project between Kier Group and the London Borough of Islington for the maintenance of the housing stock and the local authority buildings, was satisfactorily assessed to ISO14001:2004 in December 2006. Kier employ over 500 staff in Islington for reactive maintenance, property refurbishment and some new-build projects.
Integrated Graphics Limited of Barry who print point of sale and display material were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 simultaneously in December 2006.
Baraka Foods of Pentre, Mid Glamorgan, supply high quality chilled and frozen, ready-prepared foods. Baraka implemented the requirements of the BRC during 2006 and achieved successful accreditation in December 2006. The company should be particularly commended because they achieved a grade ‘A’ during their first BRC assessment – the highest grade possible!
Frank H Dale Limited of Leominster who employ 75 people in the heavy steel industry were successfully assessed to ISO14001:2004 in December 2006.
Label Screen Limited of Pontyclun specialise in the high quality production of self adhesive labels. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in November 2006.
A & D Supplies of Newton Abbot are distributors of janitorial and associated hardware supplies and were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001 in October 2006.
SWS Supplies of Exeter stock and distribute door closures, hinges, handles and high quality ironmongery particularly to meet Disabled Discrimination Act requirements. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001 in October 2006.
Newton Printers of Newton Abbot provide a printing service for customers in the Devon area. Their integrated management system was successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001 in October 2006.
Palmer Environmental make a range of devices to detect leaks and measure the flow of water in underground pipework. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 in October 2006.
Method 4, who are based in Cardiff, provide IT solutions for corporate clients and public sector organisations. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in September 2006.

Contrado European Limited, based in Crickhowell, organise freight movements by road transport across Europe and specialise in wide loads and fragile consignments for the aeronautical industry. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in September 2006.
A1 Facilities Management Limited provide services to property owners throughout South Wales and the West from their Cardiff office and in the South East from their London office. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in August 2006.

NAV TV (UK) Ltd are based in Cardiff and provide screen based entertainment information for the automotive after-market. This includes TV on the move, rear cameras, DVD and iPod systems. They were successfully assessed to ISO9001:2000 in March 2006.
Maven Training Limited provide Prince 2 and similar management training for public sector and large corporate clients across the UK. They achieved UKAS accredited assessment to ISO9001:2000 in March 2006.
