| MANAGEMENT TEAM |
 | Jodie Read MSc AIEMA GradIOSH |
| Jodie joined Penarth Management in 2000 and became Managing Director in 2006 when the founder retired. Jodie is an experienced, active consultant and tutor in Quality Assurance, Environment, and Health & Safety Management. Jodie is also on the Wales Regional Committee of the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI). Outside of work Jodie enjoys skiing, gardening, reading and spending time with her cats, ducks and chickens. |
 | Chris Green BSc (Hons), MCQI CQP |
| Chris has a background in electronics and telecommunications. He joined us in 2009 and is our Consultancy Manager and assesses the work delivered by all our consultants. Since joining us Chris has continued with a part time role tutoring Open University students in Business Studies and enjoys playing chess, cycling, and other country pursuits including horse riding. |
 | Judi Starling |
| Judi is our Office Manager. Having joined Penarth Management in 1992 she has considerable knowledge of management systems and provides excellent support to our consultants and clients alike! In her spare time Judi enjoys spending time in her garden, baking (especially Welsh cakes) and looks forward to her holidays in the sun. |

 | Laurence Richardson |
| Laurence joined us in 2007 as an experienced Quality and Safety professional with a background in manufacturing and asbestos surveying. Laurence is a keen fan of football. He has been known to put his sporting prowess into action by jogging home from the office. |
 | Robert Gutrai MSc AIEMA |
| Having originally joined us on an internship, Robert returned as a Consultant in 2010. Robert has a background in automotive and electronic industry sectors and is passionate about helping companies improve their environmental performance. As a Hungarian national, Robert's first language is Hungarian, but he is also fluent in English and Japanese. |

| Leslie Gunaratne joined our Consultancy team in 2011. He has a wealth of experience in the Certification industry having previously worked as an assessor for both BSi and LRQA and is an IRCA registered Lead Assessor. When not at work, Leslie likes nothing more than spending time with his granddaughter. |

| Fred has been associated with us since 1998. An active IRCA registered Lead Auditor since 1989. A very experienced manager and consultant who carries out many of our mock assessments. |
 | Natasha Dobb |
| Natasha was trained as an auditor by Penarth in 2000. With a degree in Manufacturing Technology specialising in garments, she is an experienced manager and consultant and an expert document reviewer. |

| John joined our team in 2002 and is responsible for implementing our business development strategy. Having recently returned to the UK after living in Sweden, John still gets caught out by his young sons talking in Swedish; a language that John confesses he never quite mastered! |
 | Eddy Williams |
| Eddy joined us in 2009 and brings with him many years experience in quality, environmental, health and safety compliance He offers support to our consultancy team by carrying out comprehensive document reviews and by keeping on top of changes in Standards and legislation that may impact our clients. When not in work Eddy is normally involved in some adventurous activity such as swimming, scuba diving, cycling or even swinging through the trees. |

| Andrew is our resident packaging expert. He is also our lead tutor for the IEMA Foundation Course in Environmental Auditing. Andrew's interests include golf and walking. |

| Andy specialises in delivering our accredited health and safety courses. When not at work Andy is a keen photographer - a skill that he acquired when working on close surveillance in previous roles! |

| As a former chef, Mike understands the issues associated with food safety and delivers our accredited food safety courses. |
 | Ray Pritchard |
| Ray is the lead tutor for our Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor training course. He is a fluent French speaker. |

Chris is a highly qualified education specialist, having attained Certificate of Education, Bachelor of Education and Post Graduate Diploma in Management at Cardiff University.
With over twenty years' experience of Senior Management within the State and Lifelong Learning Sector he has developed a wealth of training expertise. He is currently delivering some of our courses in Health & Safety and First Aid.

| Laura is an experienced health and safety consultant and trainer. She has a wealth of experience in supporting companies from a broad cross section of industries, having previously worked for the Health and Safety Executive.

| Jenny returned to work with us in 2008 after her University studies. Jenny is our Training Coordinator and provides additional office support. More recently Jenny gained her qualification as a Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor which will enable her to support on client's sites. Out of work Jenny enjoys horse riding. |
 | Helen Adams |
| Helen joined Penarth Management in 2011 to take on the newly created role of Finance Controller. In her spare time Helen is kept busy with her three young sons, she goes to as many concerts as she can and enjoys cross-stitching and bead working - when she manages to find a quiet moment! |
 | Margaret Day |
| Margaret joined us in 1992. An experienced secretary and bookkeeper who has officially retired, but can't quite keep away and helps out when needed. Margaret is a keen chorister. |

| Helen joined our team in 2009 and provides essential support to consultants and office staff alike. She enjoys going to antique fairs, reading, walking, shopping with her daughters and is the family taxi! |
